crewhub is a mission-driven team based in Wien. Founders: Petra Scheuer and Christopher Newman, MSc BSc.

crewhub connects companies with flexible crew: shift planning, matching, and deployment in one platform.

## Origin

1. The problem: uncertainty in staffing plans; existing solutions with little transparency.
2. The idea: the staffing market needs an honest approach with companies and crew at the centre.
3. The product: crewhub, a platform that brings companies and crew together fairly and efficiently.

## Approach

- Fair and understandable: fair pay, clear shifts, open communication
- Less coordination, more overview: matching and planning in one surface
- Teams that know each other: crew return; companies build pools of people who fit
