## What it estimates

Inputs include hourly wage, hours per month, number of months, recruiting cost, payroll (Lohnverrechnung) per month, and registration/deregistration costs. The page computes a cost per hour including those overheads.

## What it does not include

The on-page disclaimer lists further real-world costs that are not in the calculation:

- Kosten durch Krankenstands- und Urlaubsvertretung
